1. General

These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of directemigreren.nl, a service of Gerardus Koetje, Portugal.

2. Products

DirectEmigreren offers digital emigration guides in PDF format. All products are digital files. No physical products are shipped.

3. Pricing

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Payment

Payments are processed via Mollie B.V.. Available methods: iDEAL, Credit card, Bancontact, Multibanco.

5. Delivery

All products are digital and delivered immediately after payment via download and email.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Our products are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your statutory right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83, art. 16(m)). Purchases of digital products are therefore final. See also our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content is protected by copyright. Redistribution, resale, or publication is not permitted.

8. Lifetime Updates

Purchased guides receive free updates when available.

9. Disclaimer
